How we use it in the kitchen
Cut it into rounds and serve with fresh pecorino, or peel it and eat it with bread on a walk.

Pork, salt, pepper, garlic. May contain wine.
Allergens
No declarable allergens in the traditional recipe. If wine is used, it contains sulphites.
Storage
Vacuum-packed: store in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge. Once opened, wrap the salume in food paper, keep it in the fridge and eat it within a few days. Serve at room temperature: take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before.
Complete the dinner
Goes well with: Fresh pecorino, wildflower honey, Tuscan bread.
