Shipping

We ship across Italy in 24/48 h by express courier. Flat fee €6.90, free from €79. Islands add €3.

Perishable products are dispatched Monday to Thursday; from May to September we add a gel ice pack and a thermal liner. You receive the tracking number by email and on WhatsApp.

The delivery address cannot be changed after dispatch. A signature or photo is taken on delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or with a wrong item, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we replace or refund it, with no need to return anything.

Right of withdrawal

Perishable foods, or sealed foods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). Non-perishable, still sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the customer's cost.
