Shipping
How much is shipping?
In Italy it is €6.90, free from €79. Islands add €3.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from the restaurant in 24/48 h by express courier. You see the estimated arrival date before buying. Perishable items are dispatched Monday to Thursday.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes: we send you the tracking number by email and on WhatsApp.
Do you ship outside Italy?
For now only within Italy. European shipping will come in a second phase.
Storage
How should I store the products?
Each product page tells you how to store it; in the parcel you also find a card with storage tips and a recipe. Cured meats and cheeses are vacuum-packed: once opened, keep them in the fridge.
How do the products travel?
They are shelf-stable or vacuum-packed and travel 48 h at room temperature. From May to September we add a gel ice pack and a thermal liner.
Allergens
Where do I find the allergens?
On every product page, in the "Ingredients and allergens" section, and on the card in the box. If in doubt, write to us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Gifts
Can I add a message?
Yes, free: we write it by hand on the card. For gifts we do not put prices on the delivery note.
What if a hamper item is unavailable?
We replace it with one of equal or higher value and let you know.
Do you do corporate gifts?
Yes, by quote: use the form on the Gift hampers page.
My item arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 48 h of delivery: we replace or refund it, no need to return anything.
