Prices and orders
Prices are in euro and include VAT. After ordering you receive a confirmation email. An invoice is available on request by giving your tax code or VAT number at checkout.

Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout, handled by third-party payment providers: we do not store your card details.
Gift hampers
If an item in a hamper is unavailable we replace it with one of equal or higher value and let you know. The card message is free; for gifts we do not show prices on the delivery note.

Allergens and storage
The allergen list is on every product page and on the card inside the box, together with storage instructions and the "best before" date.
